QuestionHi, this mouse just got delivered today and I went through the lighting option by pressing the middle button. The third time I pressed it it went black and as I continued pressing it wouldn't change back to the other two I say. Is there a way to fix this?

- Answer 1. Try recharging it, it may have coincidentally died as you were pressing the button 2. Go into the ICUE software, if you dont have it then you can just search it up for a download link, then go into lighting options and manually change it there 3. Return it. You should be able to return it with a receipt or confirmation that you ordered it. It might have just been a messed up mouse.

Questiondoes this mouse function solely on Bluetooth with no usb adapters? Can I connect and use for my Windows Surface Pro X only using Bluetooth? It does not have plug ins for usb

- Answer This mouse can work with just the USB, it doesn't have to be wireless. However, customizing the led system requires icue to be installed

- Answer I have contacted it to my samsung s21 phone for some games like MTGA to click cards and play game. Once you connect it by Bluetooth each tablet computer and phone or device should connect to it right away
