- Answer easy answer yes it will connect to both a receiver and Bluetooth device simultaneously........ however i have yet to get it to output sound from both at the same time and it will always prioritize the receiver.

- Answer It is adjustable. The picture shows it fully closed - the separating area is about an inch above where the headband connects to the ear elements.
