- Answer It comes with a USB Wireless dongle that plugs in. As long as you have a USB slot for that you should be good.

QuestionHi I recenlty bought the Corsair Hs80 mainly for Console. I know sound profiles are not saved. I found on a Corsair youtube channel a video where the technician says sound profiles doesnt but rbg does save on console but I can't manage to. Is it possible?

- Answer I bought mine and after opening them I did an update on firmware. I can manage the sound profiles on my pc and they stick with it when I go to my ps5.

- Answer Make sure that you enable the wireless mode on the headset. Mine had that issue when I first got them connected to my computer. There are tutorials on YouTube that show you how to do that.

- Answer Unfortunately, It can’t work on Nintendo Switch. It’s not Bluetooth and it comes in as a USB cable. However, you could buy an adapter to switches to USB-C.

- Answer You have to download the Dolby App from the windows store. Plug in the usb stick and open Dolby, it should automatically detect the headphones. Youll also want iCue to do software updates.
