A:Answer I use my griddle/grill to cook chicken breasts for Fajitas, Chicken Alfredo Pasta, or fresh chicken to go in my Caesar salad. I rinse my chicken off first and then cook them whole for 7 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness. When finished, I let the breasts cool for a moment before slicing. By the time I’m done eating, the griddle plates are cool enough to wash before residue dries and therefore making it easy to wash and dry and don’t forget to check the juice drip pan on the bottom also.
