Q: QuestionI have this power inverter and it worked fine but now the AC outlets aren’t working, just the USB ports are working. Am I doing something wrong?

• A:Answer Hello, there are a number of reasons why the AC output could not be functioning, check the user guide and review the troubleshooting section as it could be something simple like it being too hot and overheating or even just overloaded. Q: QuestionWill this work on my ResMed CPAC machine?

• A:Answer Hello, I would have concerns about this using the product with a CPAP machine, from what I can see these machines utilize a AC to DC inverter much like laptops would. Based on the wattage from the inverter specs found on their website, they are showing they are 90W chargers, because they are AC to DC inverters they are expecting a pure sinewave power source, where this unit outputs a simulated or step sinewave output meaning the power supply for the CPAP will need to draw more than the originally rated 90W, so it may not function. If you wish to use your ResMed Device in a vehicle I would suggest reaching out to them for options as the documentation I found was very good and they should have a recommendation to use for this kind of situation.

Q: QuestionIs this practical to use for a laptop

• A:Answer Yes, if using in vehice, must have your engine running. Then the unit will recieve 12 volts DC and the inverter will convert to 120 Volts AC same as your home voltage. I used on both my laptop and HP printer at the same time.
