QuestionI have to replace the rear fan since the motor is messing up and its starting to wobble a lot. What RPM is the fan that comes with the PC and how many mm's is it?

- Answer If you add these launch options in steam. -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -sm4 -d3d10 -nomansky -lowmemory -novsync I'm able to run it on almost all epic. Some things are turned down to high. Without those launch options the game crashes at those settings as the processor cant quite handle it. Stutter is noticeable when flying on a fast mount, but other than that the game is smooth and runs wonderfully.

- Answer YES! the motherboard is great, and everything can be upgraded in the future, That is one of the reasons I bought this, Everything looks pretty straightforward to get to, and the case has a lot of room inside. I was going to look into a liquid cooler for the processor at some point as well.

QuestionI recently got this PC but when I connect everything together there is no signal on the monitor, I have used both a DVI and HDMI and I even changed monitors and I still get no signal. I checked to see if everything is connected but everything is fine.

QuestionWhere do I find help with my computer got it a few days ago and the frame of it is broken at the top on the inside also the bottom part in which the legs ( foot of the bottom case ).. Who do I seek to find help for this ? Everything else works great.

QuestionCan this comp run Tera Online, Blade n Soul, Black desert strike online and Guildwars 2 on high settings? How better is this compared to the model GMA6000B/ Gamer Master CPU for the above listed games?

- Answer I use black desert online regularly and on this desktop it runs 60fps outside of the cities and in calpheon- on a fairly quick horse it only drops down to 34fps although thats on medium settings. i havent dled blade and soul on this yet and i dont have tera online or guild wars 2 so im not sure about those... and i have no idea about the last question idk anything about computers lol. hope that helped anyway.

QuestionIs the case easy to open?

- Answer Yes. The 2 screws are in small molded lugs and the first time you need a phillips to loosen them. After that you just use fingers. Piece of cake to open and everything is exposed. Left side of the case has large clear plastic panel and you can see right in.

- Answer The PC uses various air cooling set ups. Nomral case fan set up as well as a CPU air cooler. The tower is a "mid-tower" size case so it has plenty of room for ventilation. QuestionHow is it possible that this computer is VR ready when it only contains USB 2.0 ports. Someone said earlier in response to the same question it has USB 3.0 ports so either they are wrong or the Best Buy listing is wrong. Can someone please clarify?

- Answer CORRECTION, i looked on mine and there are 6 of the 2.0 usb ports, and there are also 2 others that are blue inside and are the 3.0. sorry for the first incorrect answer.
