“Will this work to turn on and off a ceiling fan that has one switch to control the light and one to control the fan? We already have one of these installed to control the light.”

• The on/off switch can control a ceiling fan, but it needs to be the on/off ONLY switch. Do not use the dimmer switch with a hardwired ceiling fan, it can damage the motor of the fan.
