- A:Answer No, Windows 11 Home in S Mode will not allow you to install or run Google Chrome directly. To Use Chrome: You must switch out of S Mode: Go to Settings > System > Activation. Click “Switch out of S Mode” via the Microsoft Store. After switching, you can install Chrome from its official website. Please be informed the operating should be reinstalled if you wish to go back to S mode.

- A:Answer It depends on what games you would be playing. It is good Indie games, Older or less demanding titles, cloud gaming (provided the device meets specification requirement of the game) but not ideal for AAA games with high graphic settings.

Q: QuestionI was told by the sales person that I would be able to hook up my two external monitors to this laptop. This does not appear to be the case. What is needed for me to make this happen short of returning the computer?

- A:Answer Check the USB-C port for the DisplayPort designation, as not all USB-C 3.2 ports support video, and the salesman might have made a mistake. Also check the cable with a set of known working ports (for the same reason).
