QuestionI have my PC and PS4 Pro both hooked up to this. I understand the PS4 is capped at 60hz but how can I still achieve 2K quality? Its currently hooked up via HDMI but only displaying 1080P. Is there an HDMI to Display Port adapter that can do this?

Questioncan this monitor be used for two devices, i currently have this device connected to my desktop with a display port cable, can i attach a xbox to the other port built into the monitor or would i have to do it by plugging it into my computer?

QuestionI go to hook this monitor up to my Xbox one x and try and run 120 hertz and the screen just goes black. I don’t know what to do to fix this.

- Answer Your Xbox and the HDMI cable each can only run at a maximum of 60fps. To use this monitor for gaming at high fps and g sync or vertical sync you need to be using a display cable with a PC and have the necessary drivers downloaded for vertical sync. Hook the monitor up to a computer and put it back to 60fps then back to the console and see if it works. Also check the input source if you set it to 120hz the monitor might have switched to the display port input because HDMI can't do 120hz and that will result in a black screen due to not having input going to the display port.

- Answer DisplayPort input is 1.2 (see page 13 of https://www.bhphotovideo.com/lit_files/127123.pdf). 144 Hz is a valid refresh rate, including at the maximum resolution supported (1440p) provided you use the DisplayPort input instead of HDMI.

- Answer If you are not gaming, this monitor may not be for you. There are other 27" great screens out there for cheaper. The big draw for this one is the fast response time and GSync compatibility. If you are gaming, then yes this will work and is a great choice.

- Answer while it does not have built-in speakers, it does have a 3.5 mil headphone jack if you want to plug in earbuds and are using the USB cable

QuestionSometimes, randomly, an invisible vertical line will appear down the center of my screen that distorts the image. I have an NVIDIA graphics card and DP connection. Shutting monitor on and off fixes it. But what causes this & how can I fix it permanently??

- Answer I've had the same problem for a long time, but the latest Nvidia driver seems to have finally fixed the problem. I'm running version 442.50.

- Answer I mean, it's dark grey :) but not super bad. More noticeable when I'm watching movie trailers and such. Maybe when playing a dark game like resident evil. But after calibrations and side by side to my ips monitor, they were almost identical. Where I had people pick which one they preferred when watching 1440p content, and it was picked 4 out of the 10 times. This is a really good TN panel.

- Answer there is no way to set it to 1080p in the monitors setting, however, you can set it to downscale to 1080p in windows

QuestionIn monitor menu, I click on DP to activate Gsync. Monitor goes into Power Save Mode. This appears to be an issue in many forums. I can't get 144hz if I can't activate GP.

- Answer it sounds like when you do, the monitor is unable to detect an input, why this is happening I'm not quite sure but it may be that it's just a bad cable, and I would recommend maybe getting a new one before you spend lots of money either getting it fixed, or waiting for the manufacturer warranty to work its time-consuming magic

- Answer This type of monitor is not ideal for work and professional image editing. There are better monitors for dedicated image and video editing. However if your primary use is game play and you occasionally do other tasks it should be fine.
