- Answer It should be fine for graphic design. My daughter is an art major and she used it for 3 years, until it suddenly died 4 days ago. The touch screen and flip over screen make it ideal for graphic design. I'm also a digital artist (and a software developer) and have a similar laptop for myself. Get yourself a nice stylus and you can do some nice work with this. Of course, the bigger the screen, the better and this one has a fairly small screen, but still good for what you're asking.

- Answer I don't have the laptop, but as a computer technician I can tell you it really doesn't make any noticeable difference to performance. Even if it's an NVMe capable drive (M.2 can be NVMe or SATA3), the speed both read small files isn't really that different. Small files are really what affect performance. You'll only see a boost if you're copying huge files.

- Answer It has 8GB of RAM (memory for the computer to work) and 256GB for a hard drive (file storage). I believe that the hard drive is solid state - it's pretty quick.
