- Answer The RAM can be upgraded up to 32 GB. There is no vacant slot now. The system has two 8 GB RAM modules.

Question1. I'm wanting to verify that it has the 9-pin serial port that is shown in the back panel photo. I didn't see the serial port listed in the specifications. 2. Are there any open internal 2.5" or 3.5" drive bays?

- Answer Yes, this system comes with one serial port on the back panel. The system comes with bays to accommodate one 3.5-inch hard drive or two 2.5-inch drive.
