Yes, you can connect the bluetooth mouse dongle to the USB port and then use the bluetooth mouse on this system.

Although if you want to add Bluetooth, you just need a adapter, about the same size as the wireless mouse adapter which plugs into the USB port. They sell them here, just look for "Bluetooth Adapters" and it is a simple plug and play. But you might have to install the software and/or drivers first if it comes with a CD/DVD. I have one on my PC so I can send my pictures from my phone to my desktop via Bluetooth. And I have a wireless mouse and keyboard adapter in the other front slot. I recommend putting them in the front slot if possible to get a good signal to the keyboard, mouse and Bluetooth things you are trying to connect to.
