A:AnswerFor me the drone was still linked to the previous owner, but once I connected the drone to the remote controller and connected to WIFI I was able to log out and log into my account. I have had no issues with the drone but maybe it may be different for other people.
A:AnswerAs I understand it, you do not have to pay any fees for a Geek Squad refurbished return. I purchased one and after dealing with the unbinding process, I am very happy. I was also able to add DJI Care Refresh through the video review process.
