A:AnswerExtremely disappointed due to no air vents in head. It pulls carpet up so tight that will not move. There is another head that I think can purchase that has adjustment. Customer service is extremely poor because automated. Email claims I have adjustment but no there is none on mine. I think newer model may come with slider on front of head for adjustment. On hard floors this is fantastic. Suction compares to a shop vacuum.
