A:AnswerI'm not sure what Karistan is like, but we have medium pile carpet and it works great. It does take a little more muscle than on floors or shorter pile, but it's got a great suction and is easy to empty and clean. Love it!
A:AnswerIt's got a very powerful suction, so recommend on wall to wall or large rugs, not on small rugs. I think shag might get sucked into the vacuum. You have 15 days to return if it doesn't work.
A:AnswerIf it’s not emptied or the filter needs rinsing the vacuum may not turn on. There are two filters . I would not rinse the 2nd filter as it takes time to dry but would try to empty the regular filter and try again
