QuestionCan you leave the unit on 24/7?

QuestionI have a 3 story town house. If I put it on the middle floor will it work to purify the air in the whole house.

- Answer Depend how dirty the air to be clean. Biut it said around 1 time a year. Easy repalce. Same as when you install first time.

- Answer Yes. Their is a setting that changes the airflow to not push into the room at all. This just leaves it for humidifying and purifying.

- Answer Our's is lasting anywhere from 2-3 days. The machine will let you know when the tank is getting low on the app.

QuestionHi,brand new & immediately got an error msg saying water tank needs refilling. i plugged into the wall after reading that helps. it did for 2 days then started again. dyson troubleshooting not helpful at all--didnt know how machine works--.

QuestionBrand new unit. Set humidifier to 70% but it never goes above 35% and mostly stays around 30%. The water empties out and needs to be refilled about every 12 hours. Is my unit defective? How can i get the humidifier at or close to 70%?

QuestionI have been really disappointed that even though I have the humidity level set at 60, my unit at best reaches 30%. I use it in my bedroom with the doors closed. I don’t have a high ceiling, I am even using the highest fan speed.

- Answer When my unit was working (before it broke) I had similar issues. I set the Dyson for 40 percent RH. The humidity would cycle on and off and used water. I had two other humidity sensors in the area and they never got above 36 percent RH. The Dyson though that it reached the set level. I suspect that there is a calibration issue.

- Answer It depends on the settings of the machine but in standby, 2 watts. speed 1, 4 watts speed 10, 38 watts occillation adds 2 watts.

QuestionHi there. The water stopped moving...Dyson! First unit arrived like this. 2nd unit worked great then a month in, no water movement. It's not the environment, fyi. Did a deep clean and a reset. Dead water. Will return unless you have a solution.

- Answer If you can return it. I am on my third unit and the same keeps happening. I found the part has a design defect, and I think they were fixing that. All that being said, it happened again to my third unit. Dyson makes quality stuff, but this product is sooo bad I am surprised they allowed it to go to market. It seems this happens to pretty much all of their PH01 humidifiers, so its definitely not just you.
