• A:Answer No, the robot will keep its mop pads with it at all times. You can set it up to vac and mop at the same time, or vac first then mop. If you have high pile carpet, that is the better choice. Depending on your settings, the robot will go back to clean and re-soak the pads often as it does not have an onboard water tank. I have a small apartment so it only uses 15% of the battery to do the whole place mopping and vac. It remembers where it left off and will go recharge and maintenance until it can complete the cleaning. I strongly suggest you keep an eye on it the first few times it runs, as mine has got stuck a few times while away from home and the battery will totally die while it try’s to free itself. For the discounted value of under $700 it’s worth it, and anything more there are better choices. My next vac will be one by Dream.

• A:Answer Hi there, Thanks for taking an interest in our product! Please kindly note that the model in question (T20 Omni) is capable of multi-floor mapping and allows a maximum of 3 permanent maps. However, the robot won't be able to descend by itself because the anti-drop sensors will keep it away from stairs. In this case, the user can step in and help the robot move between levels if the other half of the floor needs to be cleaned. Have a good one!
