QuestionHow long of a break in period is needed and how do these compare the the Klipsch R34? Im really wanting the klipsch but if i can find something just as good. I'll be happy. Looking for incredible deep lows. Excellent mids. With some punch

- Answer Sounded great after a week. Bass is great for a center. Most Klipsch are much more efficient so use a good av receiver with this Elac.

- Answer I dont believe that its shielded but the magnets should only effect older tube TVs
