QuestionI purchased this ring light and wanted to attach it to a tripod. Is there a specific tripod you recommend that fits with this ring light? I purchased a tripod and it does not fit.

- Answer You can use any tripod that supports a standard 1/4 inch. I prefer Manfrotto tripods. But any brand should work just fine.

QuestionHow wide is the clamp? I would need it to open 6 inches to fit on my desk.

- Answer Yes. It has the exact size screw for the thread of the c920. I have a C922 that I mount on the ring light.

QuestionHow does the extension pole connect to the desk clamp? Is is possible to remove the clamp and connect the ring light to a tripod, via a standard camera mount, or other accessory?

- Answer Yes, the light can mount to a standard tripod mount plate. That is how I use it currently. The bottom of the light has standard 1/4-20 UNC threads (as does the camera mount in the light).

QuestionDo I need to purchase a phone holder separately? I see a phone holder in one of the pictures, but then one of the reviews says "the only con is there is no phone holder". I don't mind purchasing an extra part, but I need some guidance on what to purchase.
