• A:Answer Hello Kay. For this model, the differential is less than one degree up to one degree only and it's fixed. There is no feature to increase the differential further than one degree. Thanks.

Q: QuestionHow many degrees difference is required between heating and cooling setting on a 10 year old heat pump?

• A:Answer Hi HGB. Not sure what you mean by "between heating and cooling" but if this is regarding the differential, our thermostats have a one degree differential in order to call for heat or cool and this isn't adjustable. Thanks.
