QuestionIf I scan a bunch of photos labeled 1985, then a labeled1980 group, then a labeled 1975 group, etc. (Out of order), will the folders show up in the order of the year? Does it matter what the folder name is?

- Answer The folders are put in alphabetical/numerical order. You get to make a folder (a main one) then the subsequent files all go under that. So if you have various years and topics, this would be the order, with the years coming in order first, then anything alphabetical. 1985 Winter Park 1987 Surfing 2005 Airplane House Pictures So House pictures or anything else alphabetical will be AFTER all the years.

- Answer You have to get a CD player/burner if your computer/laptop doesn't already have one. The CD burner plugs in via the USB port and usually comes with its own software that allows you to burn to a CD, which is sold separately.

QuestionI have old photos of numerous shapes/sizes to scan. Will I be able to place these in the feeder to scan or can I send only 1 size through at a time?

- Answer The scanner comes with a scanner sleeve that you can use if you have old, delicate or odd-sized pictures. The sleeve is 8x10, so you are able to put more than 1 photo in the sleeve to scan and then can edit the photos to make them an individual scan.

- Answer Why would you want to do this? This scanner is designed to carefully scan physical photographs into a digital Jpeg image. Your iPhone picture is already a digital image.

QuestionI have many photos that are warped (edges curled up and not flat). Will they have problems loading through the auto feeder?

- Answer The Scanner comes with a carrier sheet that might help with slightly curled photos. Feeder does not take Polaroids as they are too thick - use a flatbed for these

- Answer I had the same issue. It scans the original and makes an edited copy.
