- Answer Hi, the Pro EX10000 projector does not have built-in apps. The Epson Home Cinema 2250 and EpiqVision Mini EF12 Smart Streaming Laser Projector both have built-in Android TV, which includes the YouTube app. They are currently available at Bestbuy.com. QuestionHow can i sync my new Pro EX10000 to my motorized screen so it goes down when projector is powered on, and goes up when projector power is turned off. I cannot find the trigger / 12v jack which how my old projector was set up to do this function?

- Answer Hello MJG. Unfortunately, the EX10000 projector does not include a trigger port. Since the feature is not available with the motorized screen, it would have to be done manually. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

- Answer Absolutely. I was testing projection mapping and was able to project to our house at 30’+ away and it looked great on the trees in my neighbors yard 75’+ away.

QuestionWill this projector present any problem in connecting to my MacBook Pro that only has 4 usb ports? Can I use this machine to connect from a table tor does it need to be mounted?

- Answer Hello Allan. The EX10000 projector can be connected to an Apple Computer via USB to send video and audio to the projector. While the device can be mounted to a ceiling, it is not required and can be placed on a table. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

- Answer you want a projector of at least 3000 lumens with a high resolution rate, say at least 30,000 to 1 or better.
