A:Answer Hi, The RCA jacks on the VS250 are sound inputs to play audio through the projector's internal speaker. If you want external speakers you have to connect them to your source, like an A/V receiver, or alternately you can purchase an HDMI Audio Extractor to separate audio from the HDMI input cable and send it to external speakers.
