- Answer Hi Angel, We do not test third-party media in the WorkForce Pro WF-3820 so cannot guarantee print quality. As a general guideline, the heaviest Epson paper it can use is 79 lb. Ultra Premium Photo Paper. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

- Answer I have Windows 10 and what has until now had a reliable wi-fi network. This printer will not stay connected and after many sucessful but time consuming manual re-connections it stopped connecting altogether. I had a professional look at this and he suggested returning the printer.
