QuestionWhat is the heaviest cardstock this printer prints on?

- Answer Hello Regena. The thickest paper we have tested on the WF-7310 is Epson Premium Photo Paper Glossy, which weighs 79 lb. For cardstock, we have tested similar Epson paper that weighs around 44 lb. Please be aware that these recommendations are for Epson paper only. You can try a cardstock that falls in that range, but your results can vary when using other brands and heavier paper. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team

- Answer Hello Lynne. We have not tested scrapbook paper on the WF-7310. If the paper you plan to use is any color aside from white, then the printer will not be able to read it correctly. Please see the User's Guide for a list of compatible paper types. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

QuestionI have one epson printer WF-7310 and after some time printing A3 brochures the printer begins to print slowly, i had double checked all the configurations and everythink looks like ok. Would yours please try to help me regarding this issue ?

- Answer Hello neo. The WF-7310 can print on 3.5" x 4.5" and A6 sized paper that weighs between 25 lb (91 g/m2) to 68 lb (256 g/m2).
