Hello Moore. For best device performance, we recommend running the WF-7840 at a monthly duty cycle of up to 2,500 pages. If purchased directly from BestBuy and operated only in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico, Epson warrants the printer will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year or 150,000 printed sheets.
