A:AnswerYes. You would just need to make sure there’s no obstruction from view like window panes(dividers). If you have a window screen just put the camera as close to the window glass as possible. We used ours inside to start with but now we have it sitting in window sill facing outside and it works really well. Plus if you set it to, it will follow human movement as they are moving and record them… plus alert you. Hope that helped
A:AnswerThere is no internal battery. It has to be plugged in to function. If you'd like it to operate when the power is out you would need a battery backup unit like a UPS (uninterrupted Power Supply).
