A:AnswerI agree this aspect of the Flex could be designed better. I just pick the two holes I am going to use and use them all the time, taking care lining up the prongs with the holes when I'm putting it on. Eventually the rubber gets more pliable and it seems to close easier. Or just have someone else do it which is easiest.
A:AnswerYou should be able to. I tried doing it but I didn't have any luck. It may have just been a bad Fitbit or something I was doing wrong. You have to delete the old Fitbit from the account before adding the new one. If you have any questions, it's probably best to call customer service or maybe have one of the Geek Squad guys in Best Buy help you set it up. I believe it's a free service but you can always call ahead and ask.
A:AnswerYes it does. If you want something that doesn't go on your wrist, you may want to consider one of Fitbit's other tracking products. Try one of the ones I recommended.
