“How do I add steps to the count? When shopping, I hold the cart and have my phone in my purse. Steps are counted only if I’ve let go of the cart and walk around. Tried using a cross body bag for phone but still not counting. Put in pocket? Advise? TY!”

• I will pull the cart versue push and keep Fitbit hand down and mobile.

• When shopping I just keep my Fitbit Versa on my arm and it counts the same as if I was walking anywhere else.
