Q: QuestionMy ice maker is stuck on the large setting, everytime I switch to small it show small lit up but still make s large ice. Any fix?

• A:Answer Hi Brandon - ice size adjusts the amount of time the unit trickles water over the evaporator fingers. The other factor that determines ice size is water temperature. If the water is warmer the ice will be smaller, i.e. you can make smaller ice cubes by using warmer water and the shorter time cycle (small ice cube setting).

• A:Answer It has a full sensor and will turn red light in when the tray is full, will stop making new ice and as the old ice sits and melts will turn back on and make more ice when sensor is clear again.

Q: QuestionMy Frigidaire 26lb counter top ice make is only making 2 to 3 ice cubes at a time. I've taken it apart and checked the pump for any blockage. I've also flushed it with a vinegar and water solution, same outcome. H E L P !!

• A:Answer No water supply connection, need to fill manually so as not to overfill which can cause water level to reach the ice tray and melt the ice as it’s made. There is no auto shutoff to the water level
