Unfortunately, no. This unit is not ENERGY STAR® Qualified.

A 5,000 BTU unit isn't going to jack up your bill too much. It's also not going to provide a lot of cooling for anything but a small room. I'm not sure I understand your question, since all A/C units are Energy Star rated with a figure that shows the estimated cost per year of operation. For this one, I think it's $37/year.
