No, this model is not appropriate for a wall installation. The vents for this unit are on the sides and top of the unit and will not function properly installed in a sleeve through a wall. This unit is a window mount only.

If your wall has a pre-cut hole for an A/C, it's almost certainly a hole for a unit that's more like 10-12,000 BTUs. Keep in mind that this unit will cool one small room fairly well. It isn't designed for much more than that.
