• A:Answer Good Afternoon Bob16! The icemaker kit IM116000 will not properly install inside of Crosley refrigerator. We do not suggest using a Frigidaire part inside of the Crosley appliance. This could cause an issue within the refrigerator. We hope this information is helpful. –Thanks!-

• A:Answer Hello, Dani. Our Frigidaire Gallery French Door Refrigerator, model DGHF2360PF, will not be able to use the IM116000 model ice maker. This model ice maker is only used for top freezer refrigerators. We recommend using model IMK0023A or model IMK0028A ice makers. These two ice makers are specifically designed for French door bottom freezer refrigerators. We do hope this information proves helpful. Q: QuestionIs there a protection plan available with this item?So far our Frigidaire that we bought at Best Buy has gone through about five icemakers in five years. It appears that these icemakers have a motor and gears or the sensor that are very poor quality. A protection plan that gave me a new one every time it conked out might be a solution.
