Q: QuestionIs the finish on the black one black stainless steel or just black? The same model # on a competitors website says black stainless steel. This just says black although the picture appears to be black stainless steel.

Q: QuestionIs this oven really exactly 27” wide? Most 27” ovens are really a fraction under the nominal width. This is critical for us due to countertop cut out.

• A:Answer Hi Antoine! Use 3 cups of water to steam bake and steam roast. If steam functions are frequently used, use a distilled  water container, pour water slowly into the steam tray (included), and place it on the bottom of the oven while it is still cool. Never add water if the oven is warm. -Christian
