- Answer Storage drawer is a bit on the small size. I have some De Buyer fry pans and the angle of the handle is too steep for them to fit in the drawer. It is shallow.

QuestionI often use All Clad saucier pans with rounded sides and flat bottoms. Will this stove mess up my pans? Will the grates scratch the bottoms?

- Answer Hey Pokey! We suggest using pans with a flat bottom that will rest level on the grate as to not damage the grate. Stainless steel pots and pans are slow heat conductors with uneven cooking results. However, it is durable, easy to clean and resists staining. - Answer The range comes ready for natural gas, if you use LP (propane) you will have to purchase an orifice kit (does not come with oven) for around 30-40.00 and install them. If your not inclined to do this, arrange to have it done when delivered or most often your gas supplier can do it for you.
