Q: QuestionGiven the small size of hubs (8, 6, & 5.5), I am assuming that it would be impossible to evenly or adequately heat an 11 or 12 inch frying pan on this range. Is this correct? I would appreciate a response from a Frigidaire representative only.

• A:Answer Hi Bobcat. The 4 elements measure as follows: Right Front Induction 8.3", Right Rear Induction 5.5", Left Front & Rear Induction 7". With the induction design, an 11”-12” pan will not hear entirely. Thank you for the inquiry. ~ Anna

Q: QuestionCan I use my stainless steel cookware with this stove?

• A:Answer Not true, any pan you use must have a magnetic base in order for the induction cook top to work. Not all Stainless pans have a magnetic base. Check with a magnet to see if the bottom of your pan will attach the magnet or not.

• A:Answer The range’s cooktop is made with a durable ceramic glass, but we’d still recommend routine care and proper cleaning to maintain and prevent damages. Prior to using your cooktop for the first time, you can apply a ceramic cooktop cleaning cream to the cooktop’s surface. Applying this and buffing it in will make future cleaning easier, and it also leaves a protective finish to help prevent scratches and abrasions. If you notice any metal markings from sliding pots/pans around, buff the cooktop with the cleaning cream to remove them, but make sure the range is cool first. Q: QuestionCan you place a griddle pan over the two same size burners and have it function as a bridge burner?

• A:Answer Hi, Doug! The induction zones on this model are separate, so the griddle would only heat on either end where it is in contact with the burners. However, a bridge feature is available on our new Electrolux models ECFI3068AS and ECFI3668AS! The two left zones will combine for use with a large pan or griddle and heat it evenly. ~Ashton

Q: QuestionDo the burners have timers? For example, can I put a pan on them and have the burner shut off automatically after setting a period of time for them to be on? And related, does the oven have a bake time setting. Thanks

• A:Answer The burners do not have a timer feature. There is a timer for the actual oven. The minute timer does not start or stop any cooking function. You can set the timer anywhere from 1 minute to 11:59 hours. ~ Christy
