- Answer It's 30 but not sure on exact. It has many functions. Convection roast and bake, regular roast and bake, air fry, slow cook, French cook, probe roast.

- Answer I thought they offered to install it for free. I did it myself, but I had to modify the granite, gas and electrical. So mine was $200. But if you already have a gas line and electrical. It’s easy.

QuestionLooking at the pictures it appears that the back top of the range is open. If something spills there how easy is it to clean? Or is that part of the rack that can be removed to clean?

QuestionI bought this range 2 months ago. Is it normal that the grates are not even? When I put a smaller pot or pan they tilt significantly.
