- Answer Hi, LT! The bottom space is for the cooling and heating system, which will change the temperature of the water as it comes through. The area itself is not cooled. ~Ashton

QuestionBreaker blows when l try to get hot water. What can cause this?

- Answer Hi 1818, I assume you mean that when you turn on the heating element (via the switch on the rear of the unit) the breaker blows. If so, you may have too many items plugged in on the same circuit - the heating element draws current that exceeds the combined value of the current draw of all devices on that circuit (fuse). Try moving the unit to a circuit on its own to see if the problem is resolved.

- Answer The unit is designed to use standard 3gal and 5 gal water bottles. You may find that a glass bottle will make the unit top heavy and easily toppled over.

- Answer It is necessary (as detailed in the User Manual) to prime/fill the hot water tank before plugging in the unit - if you plugged the unit in before priming/filling the hot water tank until water runs from the tap, you may have damaged the heating element.
