• A:Answer I'm not familiar with the "traffic" version but did see a difference between the "Alexa" version and the "non-Alexa". If you have an Amazon account and/or Alexa, the Alexa version is great - spend the extra money. We've had ours about 10 days and love it.

• A:Answer They should be able to. My guess is that you need to go into the settings on the Garmin and make sure you have the audio for phone calls going through either your speakers or your Garmin device. It's a manual setting, not something that is done automatically.
