A:Answer Hey there, and thanks for contacting us! We know a probe can improve your cooking experience, and we’re glad to advise this model indeed has a precision temperature probe. This allows monitoring of meats and roasts to make sure they’re accurately and thoroughly cooked without having to open the oven door. We have a section on the probe in our manual (which can be viewed on our GE website when you look up the model number and go to the product page) on page 15, if that may be useful.
