- Answer No, this model is unitized and assembled as one complete unit. The washer cannot be separated from the dryer even for installation purposes. - Answer This GUD27ESSMWW combination washer / electric dryer does not come with a ventless dryer option. Our model GUV27ESSMWW combination washer / electric dryer offers long vent drying. It still needs to be vented to the outside, but provides a flexible installation because the venting capability is up to 200 feet.

- Answer While it is not a standard appliance industry practice to test the decibel ratings of washers, rest assured that the normal operating sounds of this washer will blend seamlessly into the overall sounds of your home. A washer does make some sound when in use. Sounds such as water filling into the tub, the tub or basket spinning, and water draining are examples of normal sounds from a washer.

- Answer Liquid bleach will need to be added to the compartment located on the front left side of the washer when the lid is opened. Fabric softener will need to be added to the middle of the agitator, and we recommend adding the detergent to the top of the clothing once fully loaded.

- Answer The power cord is not provided with the appliance. You'll need to separately purchase a UL rated 120/240V, 30A cord with 3 or 4 prongs. Identify the plug type as per the house receptacle before purchasing line cord.

- Answer Try shutting off the circuit breaker for a minute or two and then restore power. This will reset the internal circuitry and may resolve the issue.
