QuestionWhen installing in a wall sleeve 24.6"w x 14.375 h, is there material included in the box to fill in the extra space above and to the sides? If not, is there a sleeve install kit?

- Answer There is some extra foam & slides to properly fit the AC. However you may need some thicker insulation if you really want to seal it up even more which is one’s choice.

QuestionI see there is an app for control. But, what does that mean? What can be controlled by the app?

- Answer The speed can be controlled, if you want to add a schedule of when it turns on if youre not home you can add the amount of time you want it to run you can control the mode to eco, fan, or auto....all in the app you can even turn it on if youre home in a different room using the app and delay mode to turn it off after a certain time example after an hr you it will automatically turn off for an hr if thats what you set it to.

QuestionOutside sounds like the fan is spattering the condensation water from the evaporator portion. Very loud. Is this normal ? Can I drill a hole to let the condensation water drip out instead ? Or is it necessary to cool the condenser? Thanks, Bruce

- Answer There's a plug on the bottom to drain it but that won't help. The water is intended to keep the condenser cool but this unit does not remove humidity and will likely not even drip water anyway.

QuestionBrought my unit out after a year (just past warranty, naturally) and it won’t stay on for more than 2 seconds. All the lights blink and it beeps, reading 88. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps, no dice. What’s the deal?

QuestionWe love our AC unit, but the wind blasts us in the face from where it is positioned (and we don't have another window to support the unit). Moving the vents doesn't really make a difference. Are there plastic air deflectors compatible with this model?
