A:AnswerHi Sabrina - You will need a flexible metal appliance connector (1/2” I.D.). A 5-foot length is recommended for ease of installation but other lengths are acceptable. We suggest to view the Installation Guide at the following link for a list of materials needed for installation: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-10998-3.pdf - Thanks for choosing GE! A:AnswerHi Curious - This range has a Steam Clean oven. It is not self-cleaning. Save time and effort by steam-cleaning the oven after cooking. After the oven cools, simply pour 1 cup of water onto the bottom of the oven and select Steam Clean. The cycle is 30 minutes. See Owner's Manual for complete details: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-2000316-1.pdf - Thanks for your interest! Sue

A:AnswerHello Laz. This range model comes from the factory set to natural gas. The LP conversion kit with instructions is included. We recommend a licensed gas professional or installer perform the conversion. Thanks for checking. Olga
A:AnswerHi Sam - Thanks for reaching out to us! The range is equipped with a lower Broiler Drawer. The oven burner is shared between the larger main oven and the drawer below. Therefore, while using the oven only (NOT the broiler), the broiler door can be opened and a flame can be seen. To bake, food goes in the upper oven above the burner. To broil, food is placed below the burner in the drawer. There is a separate Broil Hi/Lo pad, even though the oven burner/ignitor is shared, because you have to enter a temperature when pressing BAKE as well as a temperature (HI/LO) when selecting BROIL. Even though it’s the same burner and corresponding ignitor for both modes, the control will regulate to a target temperature for all and it relies on the consumer input to determine which one. If the surface burners light but you cannot bake/broil, make sure the make sure the range’s main gas regulator on the range is set in the ON position. They are all shipped with the regulator in the ON position but, if jarred or bumped during installation, it can spring back to the OFF position. Burners will still work with the valve off, but the oven will not. If you need further assistance, please schedule a service appointment at GEAppliances.com/service or call 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). Keep in touch! Sue
A:AnswerHi Lynn - You'll find the gas requirements in the Installation Instructions at the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=31-10998-3.pdf - Also, all of our gas cooking appliances come ready to be connected to natural gas; however, they also come with an LP conversion kit to connect to LP (Liquid Propane). We recommend a qualified installer or servicer convert the gas range to the proper gas supply needed. The conversion must be in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction. The conversion instructions are located in the wiring diagram (mini-manual) or included with the LP kit attached to the appliance near the pressure regulator. Thanks for choosing GE! Sue
