• A:Answer Greetings, This is a great question. If the cooktop is equipped with black or grey porcelain-coated drip pans, they can be cleaned in the oven during the self clean cycle. Q: QuestionJust had stove delivered. In the oven due to part that keeps the oven coil from touching the floor of the oven one part doesnt touch the oven floor is that okay. The one on the right is higher

Q: QuestionHad this unit delivered and assembled on-site. It seems to be cheaply made as the cook top is loose and rattles when pressure is applied to the surface, and the metal stripping at the bottom is peeling off already. Is that normal? Or bad assembly?

• A:Answer Hi - Thank you for checking with us. Yes, this model does offer Sabbath mode. When set to Sabbath mode, the oven will continue baking beyond the normal 12 hour limit. Additionally, Sabbath mode disables the oven lights and all sounds (control will not beep when a button is pushed). Sabbath mode can only be used with Bake. We do hope you choose GE for your home. The Width needs to be at least 30" for this range to fit correctly. • A:Answer Hey Mary! Thanks for your question, we love the Bisque finish too! We're sorry to say that the only models we have available in Bisque at this time are the one listed here and JBS160DMCC. Both of them have a coil cooktop and do not have convection capabilities in their ovens. - However, we found two models with a White finish, that have radiant glass cooktops, and have access to convection baking. Those models are: JB655DKWW and JB735DPWW. Take a look and see what you think! Best wishes. -Michael@GEA
