• A:Answer Press the timer on/off button, push the number buttons for how long you want to set the time, press start button on upper oven or lower oven (depending on which one you are using.) Either will work whether you are using the oven or not. Press the timer button again to turn off. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer Hi - Thank you for your interest in this beautiful GE Appliances double oven range. For any size oven, the food item should have a minimum of one inch of air space on all sides to cook properly. This includes the top, bottom, right, left and back wall. The pan size needed to accommodate the turkey may restrict the size you choose. Larger sized turkeys are baked using the lowest rack position in the range. The lower oven will hold a turkey that is about 20 pounds. The turkeys we test are normally in the 20 to 25 pound range and we use the lower oven of the double oven models with the rack in the lowest position.
