- Answer Do not buy this. I hated everything about it, but the worst part is that there is a known defect where it will break after a year. Go read the forums and you'll learn about it. When I called you, they refused to help me. Stay far away from this

- Answer Read my review. The Best Buy website hasn’t updated their microwave. GE no longer makes a 2.1 microwave. The new one is 1.7 c.u. 2.1 is literally obsolete even though the website says there’s a GE MICROWAVE 2.1. It’s actually only 1.7 so it won’t fit.

QuestionI want to replace my 36-inch-wide GE Profile (JVM3670WF05) with a GE Profile PVM9005SJSS, which is 29 7/8 inches wide. Does the PVM9005SJSS come with trim pieces to cover the 3-inch gap on each side?

QuestionI only have 16 1/4' in height available. The specification state this microwave has 16.125' in height. But then it states 16.5 for cut out size. Does this means I have to have 16.5" for this microwave to fit? Is the top of this microwave flat?

QuestionI just installed this microwave. Like most of it except the interior light when cooking. Is there a way of increasing light when microwave is cooking? I would buy a brighter bulb if that is and option. I like to prevent boil overs but now can't see!

The microwave is designed to accept a 30 watt bulb. We would not recommend replacing the existing bulb with one of higher wattage as the microwave has not been tested for reliability or safety when doing so. All our best! Vikki@GEA

QuestionProfile model just stopped, a buzzing noise constant and I pulled the plug and and then replugged the microwave same noise buzzing noise level. Reading some information they mention it could be a fuse. Is that a possibility? thank you Jay Brabazon
