- Answer I had it installed - arranged by Bestbuy. The guy was great and did a really good job of removing the old 27" oven and then modifying the cabinet to fit the new larger 30" oven. It was really worth the $200 for installation and haul- away.

QuestionInformation here says the unit is hard wired, which is fine. I need to know just how long the wiring pigtail is (if that is the correct wording/term). I'm concerned about having to extend the wiring i have from my current under the floor junction box.

- Answer If you are noticing only one oven light operating, we recommend trying out an electronic reset. This can be done by resetting power at the breaker for 2-3 minutes, then powering it back on. If you are still noticing the light not illuminate, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our Bodewell service team by calling 1-833-426-3393.

QuestionI now have a Thermador double oven CM302 which has a depth of 23 7/8”. I see that the GE profile has a 26.6”. Will it fit the space where my current thermador is now?

- Answer Since we aren't able to view the dimensions or cutout of your current model, we can't confirm that our PTD7000SNSS model will be an exact fit. However, we recommend checking out the installation guide to view all the requirements for this double oven. This can be found by clicking on "Features" under the product image, then a smaller screen on the right will pop-up. Scrolling down on that screen will show a blue link titled "English" below the Installation Guide, click on that link to view the guide.

- Answer This model does offer a Proof Mode and while it does offer a Steam Clean option, it does not have a steam cook/assist setting.

QuestionMy new GE Profile double wall oven has an extra 6 on the actual oven model number sticker. PTD7000SN6SS. What does that extra 6 signify?

- Answer The extra 6 is a manufacturing number. When the model is manufactured, these extra numbers are placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. These numbers are used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, these are used as identifiers for the specific appliance. - Answer I am not sure I understand the question. Yes, both ovens have conventional bake but if you are asking about convectional my understanding is that the top oven is the only one with that but I am not positive because I have only used it in the top oven.

That means you can utilize the Self-Clean cycle or you have the option of using the Steam Clean cycle for lighter messes. - Answer Both are models are not the same size. The dimensions for the PTD7000SNSS are: 53" H x 29 3/4" W x 26 3/4" D. To determine if your space does meet the installation requirements, we recommend you review pages 2-4 of the Installation Instructions.

- Answer I purchased it in stainless steel. The Best Buy website doesn’t mention white, doesn’t sell it in white, and doesn’t indicate that it is available in white. So at least at Best Buy, it doesn’t come in white.

QuestionI have a 48-3/4” cutout in the wall. I assume there is some overhang on the front of the oven for trim to keep everything looking neat. This oven specs say it is 51-1/8” tall and the cut out needs to be 51-3/16”. I need to know the actual cut out size.

- Answer Hi there! We know this can be confusing, we're happy to help clarify. The dimensions of the unit itself are 53" H x 29 3/4" W x 26 3/4" D. The cutout dimensions needed for installation are 28 1/2” min. 28 5/8” max. W and 50 1/4” H. You can find these cutout dimensions in the chart on page 3 of the installation instructions which are located in the "From the Manufacturer" section on this product page. We hope this was helpful!
