QuestionCurious to know what happens if vinegar is used in this machine, and does that have anything to do with the bad smell that this machine emits? We have had ours for two months now and the acrid smell is still bad after 60+ cycles. It’s disappointing.

QuestionDoes the 32inches depth include the 6inches needed to be away from the back wall? My washer/dryer closet is exactly 32inches, as is the depth of this machine. As such is my closet deep enough for this machine, or does my closet need to be 38+inches deep?

QuestionThe shipping bolts have been removed, but how do you remove the brackets? I removed the screws from the brackets, but the brackets are snapped into the machine, and I can't get them out.

- Answer After only 8 months the heat pump dryer had to be replaced from repeated falt codes & we had to soak up water & remove wet lint from the microban circle

- Answer For dry only setting just push the dry button after turning on. By default when turning on it goes to the wash and dry setting. From there you can select a timed dry or automatic dry or other options.
