• The Gear Neo does not include a watch. The "eye" that you see above the screen is the IR transmitter for the universal remote control functions.

• No camera on the Gear 2 neo. Just on the Gear 2

• Not on the Gear 2 Neo. it does have an I.R. sensor for controlling TV's and such that you may be mistaking for the camera in the picture.
