A:AnswerThanks for asking, karen. The Nest Cam (battery) 3 pack comes with a single cable and power block with purchase. If you're looking for more they are sold separately.
A:AnswerNone of the Nest cameras support a wired connection for video. The older one supports a USB power connection, while this one supports a flexible connector that permits power from a line adapter (USB) or a solar panel.
Wasserstein (a third party company) make a PoE adapter for about $30, but it's only going to be for power. You'll still use WiFi for the data connection.
A:AnswerThey work both indoor and outdoor so yes. If you have the subscription you can also set up familiar faces so it can tell you when someone you know is in sight.
A:AnswerIve had it for a while it seems to store up to 30 days at a time in the cloud then erases it. You have the option to download video clips if needed. But seems to not have a limit on cloud space other then time.
A:AnswerHi Roomba, to change the Wi-Fi settings on your cameras, please refer to the following support article: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9223711?hl=en This resource will guide you through the process.
A:AnswerYou can use the cameras without the subscription they just dont have as many features without it. I didnt have it at first and they seemed to on purposely miss things. It only stores about 3 days worth of footage without the subscription not features like facial recognition stuff like that. Once i got the subscription it seemed to pick up even the tiniest of movements effectively and recongnizes people lets you set names lets you set zones. So no you dont need it but ot makes it better. Which to me kinda suck you pay alot for a camera you should get all the features without tje subscription.
A:AnswerHey there, good questions. Nest Cam (battery) should be placed between 6 and 6.5ft (1.8 and 2 m) high for optimal detection. The most current generation is the 2nd gen, such as Nest Cam Indoor/Outdoor (Battery), Nest Cam Indoor wired, etc. You can find more 2nd gen models here: https://store.google.com/us/category/nest_cams?hl=en-US

A:AnswerHi there! Thanks for reaching out! That's a great question. Unfortunately, the feature you mentioned isn't currently available for those specific camera models.
A:AnswerYes, when you add them to Google home you can create a automation so when you leave your house they will turn on. Either by location trigger or setup a "hey Google goodbye"
A:AnswerVery simple, you just pull the camera off the strong magnetic bass and charge it with the charging cord that’s provided. Just like your charging your cellphone
